Managing Partner and Executive Search Consultant

TYPE OF ASSIGNMENTS:
Executive Search of leaders mainly to companies with international business. Coordinates and manages assignments at both a strategic and operational level. Ensures that we form the right consultant team in order to solve the assignment in the best possible way. This may be a single assignment, multi-search assignments on multiple search markets or long-term, global collaborations and agreements.

BACKGROUND:
I have been active in Executive Search since the early 90’s. Most of the time in an international context. I am a certified psychologist specialized in group and individual development. I have broad experience from different industries. The key themses of the assignments are growth and change leadership. I have been Partner in Executive Search companies since 1993 and have developed a couple of successful businesses. I also have experience from board work and have been Chair of ESC, the Association for Executive Search Consultants in Sweden, and of the Finnish Academy.

Forward-looking and development-oriented. I understand the customer’s need and ensures that the best is done in specific assignments. I am creative and solution oriented.
