Partner and Senior Consultant

TYPE OF ASSIGNMENTS:
I work with strategic leadership- and talent management sourcing – to FIND&GROW YOUR LEADERS. The assignments are either Executive Search projects to find external candidates to Swedish and International leadership roles or identification and development of candidates within organisations. In addition to that I lead development processes for leadership teams and serve as an advisor on business-driven talent management strategies and processes.

BACKGROUND:
I have more than 20 years of experience working as a senior consultant and leader and as Managing Director with organisations delivering Talent Management-, Leadership and Talent Acquisition consulting in the Nordics and Internationally. During a period of time I lived and worked in the USA where I lead the establishment of a talent management practice. I have also worked as a strategy consultant and with business development within the insurance industry.

AS A PERSON:
I have a deep interest in working with individuals and teams in order to create good opportunities for the development of the business, the organisations and individuals and to develop methods and processes to support the development.

WHY CONSULTANT IN AIMS INTERNATIONAL?
I work in AIMS because we are ambitious and development oriented and support our clients with leadership- and talent sourcing where we work both with internal and external candidates. Since we have presence in more than 45 countries we can support our clients with candidates for roles in different markets but also by sourcing talent almost anywhere. This capability is increasingly important in a world where talent and work is less tied to geographies.

THOUGHTS ABOUT CLIENTS AND CANDIDATES:
Once you have experienced the difference a person can make for an entire organisation you understand how import the task of identifying or supporting development of leaders is – both for our customers and for the individuals.

INTERESTS:
Outside of work I want to explore new places and meet with new people – close to my home or far away. I enjoy the outdoors – running and hiking. I am also interested in the development of societies and in history – and I love opera.
