A typical process might look like this:
First, we analyze the specific needs associated with the assignment and carry out interviews with key individuals for the process. We reach an agreement with the client about the assignment description, job requirement profile and time schedule. We formulate a plan for the assignment’s specific research work – where should we look and where can we find the most interesting candidates? Then we contact them and interview them. Our content-rich and updated database serves as an essential support tool.
Usually, we present 2-4 candidates for the client. They should all meet the requirements that we have jointly agreed on. In the final stage, we broaden the decision-making documentation through extensive reference checks and by making a leadership assessment of the primary candidate.
