Recruitment is an important step for both the recruiter and the candidate being recruited. The process must be carried out with respect for that.
For an organization, recruitment of a key person is a major investment. Those candidates who are presented to the client must be prepared to leave their old job and perhaps change their lives. But only one of the candidates – sometimes none of them – will be selected in the final stages.
It is natural for us to act ethically in every phase of the process and to treat clients, candidates and colleagues with discretion and respect.
