We would like to thank you all so much for all the great collaborations and meetings that we have had during the year!
Now, we hope that the coming holiday season will be peaceful and inspiring for you. Wherever you are and how you are to celebrate them.
Our Christmas gifts this year, like previous years, goes to children who need help. This year we support Unicef in order to give more children access to clean drinking water.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

at AIMS International Sweden
At Hammarling Consulting we are in the middle of a countdown and very much looking forward to an autumn full of development and possibilities. Next week we will, as exclusive partner in AIMS International, transform the whole business into AIMS International Sweden.
The rebranding and the integration with AIMS International is a strategically important step to take but the change is about so much more than having a new name. What really matters is what our clients and candidates can gain from our actions taken.
If you know us or have followed our blog in Swedish you are already aware of our values and client focused development work. Now is the time for us to grow and to integrate our offer in a global context. In a couple of days we will present our new team and future plans.
We made a short film describing a little bit about our process and the team behind Hammarling Consulting. Behind the camera Karl Nilsson and Kieron James made the music.
Sometimes you need to stop and get some perspectives on life. To look into the future through the window of a car wreck makes you both dreamy and melancholic.
We believe we have a profession that requires that we are always a step ahead. Understanding the market, our clients needs, (sometimes even before they know). It is important to keep an open mind and to actively incorporate creativity in what we do. One way for us to find inspiration and new ideas is to engage in art.
For two years we have been collaborating on a project called Cars. We have visited car graveyards around Sweden because we have an interest in old cars and their decay.
On Feb. 7 and 8th we had an open house to celebrate our new office on Tullgränd 4.
